Black Rise - The Low Streets

A personal painting! "Black Rise" is a city in a game we played called "RISK: Legacy" where you can name your own cities and conquer territories and what not. This is the World Capital.

Also - they really should tone down the bright background in DA, it makes it hard to see dark values correctly.
